The Square Riggers was founded in 1965 and offers a program of club dancing, raids, workshops and beginners classes. Weekly workshops are held on Tuesday evenings. Regular club dances are held on Friday evenings (except as noted) approximately once each month during the square dance season. TRI-CLUB-DANCES

We have combined with two other clubs, Fairs 'N Squares and Great Plain Squares to promote Tri-Club-Dances periodically to provide dancers with more dance opportunities. These will be held on:

September 23, 2011 at our home location, see Club Dance Schedule for details.
October 29, 2011 the Great Plain Squares will be hosting again, with Jay Silva calling and Harriett Clark cueing see Great Plain Squares for details.
May 19, 2012 the Fairs 'N Squares will be hosting a Tri-Club dance. See Fairs 'N Squares for details.

August 18, 2012, at the First Parish Unitarian-Universalist Church, 23 Dedham Ave., Needham, 8:00-11 p.m. with Steve Park calling and Phil Gatchell cueing Alternating Plus and M/S with one A1 tip. See Great Plain Squares
